Charming room, comfortable bed, with essential amenities like excellent Wi-Fi for streaming and a welcoming 24-hour reception that made checking in very easy.

Breakfast was disappointing due to a private event, and we had to find another place to eat.

Absolutely loved the charm of the hotel. I was super impressed when we arrived,, the manager personally welcomed us and even offered us a complimentary drink at the bar. The live music in the bar was such a lively touch, and my kids enjoyed it as much as I did.

The restaurant at Gould serves traditional meals that don’t disappoint! I savored some awesome dishes nearby, including a delightful dinner at Parker's Grille. The service was really top-notch, making dining here a breeze.

While I loved my stay, a little hiccup happened with the breakfast options, which felt a bit lacking. Plus, it would’ve been neat to have a fridge in my room to chill my leftovers and keep my drinks cold.

The facility overall felt a bit tired, and my room lacked the advertised seating area, leaving me with just a banquet chair. Plus, the air conditioner produced a distracting noise throughout the night, affecting my rest. While there are a few good dining options, I expected better quality from the available food, with some items out of stock during my visit.

We enjoyed a delightful stay in the Deluxe King Room. The spacious setup really made our anniversary special, although we missed having a comfortable chair. Don't miss the amazing Brussel sprouts at the bar—Stewart's service was top-notch! Make sure to ask about early check-in.

I really appreciated the hotel being just a few steps from the Women's Rights National Historical Park and only a short walk to It's A Wonderful Life Museum, making my time here filled with delightful discoveries. the friendly staff truly enhanced the experience by providing great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, creating a welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home during my stay.

However, the room was not what was booked, lacking furnishings for comfort, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, highlighted by stained sheets and a hot, stuffy atmosphere that disturbed sleep.

The Gould beautifully blends historic charm with modern elegance. The carpets are plush, the stairs are accessible, and the inviting atmosphere makes it a joy for any senior visitor to navigate and enjoy.

More towels in shower area would be helpful.
